August 20th 16:17:32 UTC fullstory, the subversion repository hosted by berlios.de that sidux uses to host all its source code, saw its ten thousandth commit.

July 26th 2005 saw the first commit to fullstory by slh, who had co-founded the repository with FabianX and myself. Fullstory has long since achieved its initial aim of providing all the software you need to combine with debian to provide the complete infrastructure for a live linux system.

Until the formation of sidux fullstory was, nearly entirely, the way slh used to manage and share the source code for his work, however since the formation of sidux, fullstory has grown to have 13 active committers working on everything from linux kernel hacking to desktop configuration scripts. Thanks to the aims of sidux and its commitment to using Free Software for everything, fullstory has gone on to not only include the original packages installed on a live linux system, but to also include the fll-builder system itself which is used by sidux to build its livecd releases.

So thanks to fabianx for taking the first step and creating fullstory on berlios, slh for believing in it from the start and congratulations to x-un-i for making the 10,000th commit and all the people who have committed, sent patches and done testing over the last two years!
