What's going on here?

It seems the rules snapshot Oinkmaster is looking for no longer exists. Is this because of the license change? Should I use the Community rules, or do those suck? Should I just register as a noncommercial user and forget about Oinkmaster?

(I have to say the licensing thing rubs me the wrong way. What can I say, I'm a BSD license kind of guy.)

its possible that the updates need to be obtained from a different location.
