Question
hi, sidux buddies,

Please apologize me for that question about the kde 4.2. for the reason many users of sidux in my country have asked me about when sidux is including the kde 4. I know there is a tutorial how to install kde 4 on it and it's possible to make it properly. But some of them prefer to download a full kde image with the 4.2 version already ready. I think about it will be for the next sidux 2009-02 "Άιθηρ" — 2. Quartal 2009 according to the release forecasting (sidux road map)as follows:

quotation:

"...sidux 2009-02 "Άιθηρ" — 2. Quartal 2009
sidux 2009-03 "Μώμος" — 3. Quartal 2009
sidux 2009-04 "Μόρος" — 4. Quartal 2009"

http://sidux.com/index.php?module=Wikul ... dmap"

But I'm not sure about this reply. I have already searched at the sidux.com forum but I didn't find it out. Am I sure about it ? When sidux is really launching it? just to get the users ease ! best regards.

KDE4 was not yet included in sidux because it wasn't in SID also.

But after the lenny-freeze is over, KDE4 will be in SID very soon, thus its very likely that the next sidux will include KDE4.
At least if it does not toast slh's machine Wink

greetings,
me

KDE 4.2.3 (I expect) ships with sidux 2009-02 in 3 month or so.
